Claudia's Mission & Vision

Claudia is passionate about fighting the growing economic gender-based violence in our society. Her mission is to empower all women to take control of their economic future and leverage fintech to bridge the ever-increasing financial inclusion gender gap.

Claudia’s goal is to push the gender equality agenda forward and address women’s needs for financial education through relevant financial literacy and school-based civil rights programs. She believes fintech can be used as a force for good and educates women and female entrepreneurs on how they can use digital technologies to improve social and economic outcomes and reduce gender inequality.

Hi. I'm Claudia Segre.

The unfortunate reality is that many women across the globe continue to struggle when it comes to effectively managing their financial resources to create lasting economic wellbeing.

The good news is that learning about money enables women to make better career decisions, prioritize expenses and lower their financial stress.

As an internationally renowned expert in political and country risk analysis, portfolio management, fixed income and FX, and international relations, I believe the only way to build a brighter, more prosperous future is to invest in the financial education of women and girls.

My goal is to ensure that all women know they’re capable of making complex financial decisions, and should never settle for less: less money, less power, less independence.

Because money, for women, isn’t about the transactions and decisions they make day-to-day. It’s tied to their sense of self-worth, safety and other emotions. It’s their emotional currency.

Ultimately, transforming women’s relationship with money also transforms women’s self-identity, self-esteem and mental well-being.
